All In One Staging & Redesign Kitchen makeover

Here is an example of adding some color to make room elements POP. Before the cabinets blended into the background, Now just by adding some color, this kitchen was the focal point of the home.
Here you see Sandra MonteMayor our expert Stager of All In One Staging & Redesign lending a hand painting after a client called us for help. This house has been on the market for almost a year. Kim the owner of the home found us on the Internet to help her sell the home. Sandra showed up for a walk through consultation and spent a couple of hours walking the home taking pictures and notes of ways to get her home sold. Well as you can imagine Sandra All In One Stagings expert Stager spent quit a bit of time in the kitchen, explaining ways to bring out some of the homes focal points so potential clients fall in love with the home and have to have it.

We at All in one Staging & Redesign put together a action plan for the home owner to tackle to make her home more attractive. The home owner called her Realtor to take new pictures of the home to put on MLS as she was not even done with the work we put together for her. Well a call came into the office explaining she had one day to make all the changes and upgrades, because her agent was going out of town that weekend. So we quickly put together a team to come over and help the home owner paint the kitchen and do a make over for it, and paint the bathroom as well also making that over on that Saturday & Sunday. Well we pulled it off.

Home Staging With Pets

  This is Macy, All In One Staging & Redesigns guard dog. We also use her to visit the elderly in Retirement Homes, Hospitals, Child daycare and our Christmas cards. But the biggest thing we use her for is Love, she is our family member.
  So we know how hard it can be when we go for a walk through Staging Consultation for occupied Homes, when we run into the problem of overwhelming pet odor, and have to tell the owner in a kind but constructive way that something has to be done about the smell.
  When Selling a home, All the senses come into play~
  sight= All the clutter and over sized furnishings ( you have to remember your selling the square footage of the house not the furniture)
  Smell= you want the house to smell fresh and clean ( Not like your Pet)
  Sound= You don't want to hear the outside rutgus ( unless you choose to)
  Touch= You want to make sure EVERY THING is clean to the touch (We have a white glove standard when we get calls to Declutter)
  Taste= When we at All In One Staging do open house preps (we always bake cookies that will stimulate your Smell sense and Taste because we offer the cookies to the clients)

Persistence Pays Off Big, Real Estate company's getting to know the importance of Home Staging!

Last night I opened one of our All In One Staging emails after refinishing some Drexler Heritage furniture we bought from a little old town furniture store. Well to my surprise I see a email from a Top Real Estate Company in the Midwest, well Nationally actually, we had been trying to work with for months.
We had been trying every thing to get a chance to work with them, like leaving our portfolio with Donuts with them, Making individual jelly bean packages connected to our flyer's, to emailing them quite often with pictures of houses that we had Staged for another Top Real Estate Agent All In One Staging & Redesign works with on every house before they list the home.
Well our persistence Payed off! The Real Estate company told us that they had a company meeting that week to talk about Staging their listings. Well other Stagers had also dropped their portfolios off to them in the past, so they had a few to compare from. I just wanted to let you know that Persistence does pay off! To the newbies here, you have to pound the pavement as they say, and don't expect to hear YES a lot, because it just won't happen. Home Staging the phrase was patented by Barb swartz back in the 70's some say in the 80's but never the less it is a phrase that basically means to get your house in showing condition (like a model home) so when appraisers and potential buyers looks at the listing they will see all your homes bright spots and fall in love with the house and figure you have kept the home up in great condition from the start which in many cases it is true.

Staging is Hugh out in the west like California and is slowly moving east hitting the Midwest like Chicago.
