All in one Staging & Redesign specializes in one day room Redesign and color consultaion for the new year
All in one Staging & Redesign located in Chicago's North West suburbs of Bartlett IL. wanted to show how to bring a fresh new look to any room or rooms in your house at a very reasonable price. The pictures above were of a house in Palatine IL that needed a color consultation by All In one Stagings Redesign expert Sandra Montemayor (ASP IAHSP certified).
Here you see the entry way of this home, it was very dated with wall paper and a very plain look. When you want to impress potential clients looking for a house for sale, you need to start with the entry way. First impressions are very important when selling your home, and the foyer is the first thing your Realtor and their agents will see. You want to make sure it makes a statement that says this house has been well looked after and the folks who live here took great pride in keeping up on all the maintenance and appearance of the home so you feel safe buying a well looked after home.
All in one Staging & Redesign picked a very neutral but warm inviting color combination for this foyer. The home owner loved the combinations we picked out for the living room, foyer, and dinning room as well. All in one Staging called one of their many contractors who they have worked with in the past to take on this homes transformation from old and dated to a whole new fresh look in just a couple days and for under the price of a new couch!
So if your looking for a new fresh look for a dated room or rooms, to needing help selling your house in this buyers market and need help Staging your home. Please stop by http://Allinonestaging.com to see how we can help you at a very reasonable price.
Thank you, and Best Wishes

Home Staging tips for winter open houses...

Well that time of the year has arrived, the wonderful joy of shoveling the heavy wet icy snow from your walkways to your driveways. Winter is not all that bad, the holiday family gatherings far out way the negatives that 10 inches of snow can bring. We at All in one Staging & redesign would like to share some helpful tips for those Realtor and FSBO's who still need to hold open houses.
We all know that this time of the year can slow all type of markets up, especially the Real Estate market. But there are ways to make sure you don't bring selling your house to a stop. All in one Staging & redesign will show you ways to make sure you make your house stand out, with out Blinging out.
Let me explain, Im sure you love decorating the outside of your house with Santa's, sparkling lights, and a whole bunch of other Christmas cheer. But in the eyes of a potential home buyer, that can be a huge turn off. In these days of being politically correct, the people who don't celebrate Christmas could pass by your house just because of the decorations. So keep it to a minimum when decorating the outside of your house during the holidays. And Please do your self a favor, don't let your agent take pictures of your house with these decorations up.

Another tip about Christmas decor while selling your house is, Less Is More! The same applies to the inside of your house as the outside during the time your house is on the market. Sorry to all those folks who love to decorate like we do at All in one Staging, but you have to remember...your house is now a product once you put that for sale sign up, and these little tips that Stagers use will help sell houses faster in the winter market.
Finally, and I think this could be the most obvious but one of the most important tip in selling your house in the winter is, Shovel your side walks. I know it seems very obvious but you would not believe how many open houses we at All in one Staging & redesign have been to slipping and sliding are way to the door. We offer a shoveling package to our vacant staging clients, so they don't have to worry about the snow when holding a open house, because we would send over a employee to make sure the walkways are clean and salted so the open house visitors will start off on a positive note.
I hope we at All in one Staging & redesign shed some light on how to properly decorate a house for sale during the winter months, and pointed out some of the obvious tips that sometime get over looked, but could be the tip that helps sell your home.
Happy Holidays & Season Greeting
Best Wishes,

Persistence Pays Off Big, Real Estate company's getting to know the importance of Home Staging!
Last night I opened one of our All In One Staging emails after refinishing some Drexler Heritage furniture we bought from a little old town furniture store. Well to my surprise I see a email from a Top Real Estate Company in the Midwest, well Nationally actually, we had been trying to work with for months.
We had been trying every thing to get a chance to work with them, like leaving our portfolio with Donuts with them, Making individual jelly bean packages connected to our flyer's, to emailing them quite often with pictures of houses that we had Staged for another Top Real Estate Agent All In One Staging & Redesign works with on every house before they list the home.
Well our persistence Payed off! The Real Estate company told us that they had a company meeting that week to talk about Staging their listings. Well other Stagers had also dropped their portfolios off to them in the past, so they had a few to compare from. Well All In One Staging & Redesign had the best prices and quality workmanship they seen and that is why they picked us!
I just wanted to let you know that Persistence does pay off! To the newbies here, you have to pound the pavement as they say, and don't expect to hear YES a lot, because it just won't happen. You just hold your head up high like we did, and say Thank you for your time and we will keep in touch in case you do change your mind.
Some Realtors will say they already work with a Stager, Well you say Kindly, Great so you know the importance of Staging a home in this buyers Market then, and if your person is busy or can't make a job, Please keep me and my portfolio in mind.
Anyway I just wanted to share this bit of good news, and never give up. Staging will soon be as important to a Real Estate company as home inspections. Think about it who wants to walk through a messy house, or a house that is just a blank canvas hoping the buyer can imagine their furnishings in these empty rooms?
Well hope the best to you too, and happy Staging!

The Price of Home Staging in the Midwest $$$
We at All In One Staging & Redesign would like to just like to point out a few ways to pick a good Home Stager in the Chicago land area. We don't want you to make the wrong choice because the price only.
We have Top Realtors that we work with and the testimonies to prove our relations with them, Make sure the Stager you are looking for has the same.
We our ASP certfied from a Top Staging courses that specalizes in the art of Home Staging, Make sure they have some credentials.
We are insured and have a currant Illinois business licence, Make sure they do to. (very important)
We have a website http://allinonestaging.com/ so you can see the testimonies along with other services we offer, Make sure you are not hiring someone who thinks they can do what they see the programs on HGTV or A&E are doing.
The programs you see on TV only show you a glimpse of what it takes to even began to Stage a home. They only have 30 minutes to show you little clips, not all the behind the scene work that has to be done in order to make your home look the way they make it look like.
If you do watch those shows, and I admit I do, they are entertaining. But pay attention to the break down of the cost, they say you can do a vacant for under $300-$400.00 dollars, that is just for the items they bought, they never show the labor cost so just figure labor is about another $300-$400.00 dollars. Some Stagers charge $150.00 an hour, we at All in one staging charge far less for the same quality workmanship.
Just to give you a idea of what an ASP article said about Midwest Home Staging Prices is it goes for between $1,200 and $3,500 dollars on avarage depending on the size. And it is worth every penny to most because you have a vacant house sitting empty but still having to pay thousands every 30 days.
So this is just another tip we want to give out to those interested in Home Staging. All In One Staging & Redesign specializes in written consultation, this will save you hundreds because we give you a DIY blue print that will show you how and where to place your furniture make your house a model like home. And if you need some help, we would come by to fine tune and work with you to get the job complete. Not only that, we would also place your home on our ASP listing page that receives 7 million hit a month from people looking for well Staged Homes.
So feel free to stop by our website and see how we can help you for a budget minded price.
Thank you, and Regards
